Serving my neighbors and helping protect what matters most has been the foundation of my work from day one. I know the Wooster, OH community inside and out. I’ve lived here my entire life, and I’m deeply committed to helping the people who call this area home feel confident about their insurance decisions. I opened my State Farm agency here more than 40 years ago, and I’m just as driven today as I was in 1983 to help customers find coverage that truly fits their lives. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals and families throughout Wooster, Smithville, Orrville, Apple Creek, Dalton, and Marshallville, building this agency from the ground up by forming personal connections one customer at a time. My approach is shaped by my background in playing and coaching football. I always start by looking at the whole situation and working closely with each person to understand their unique needs and goals. My customers know they are in charge of their plan. I don’t believe in high‐pressure or a hard push. Instead, my friendly and professional team and I focus on education, clear communication, and being available to answer questions and offer support whenever it’s needed. I’m a graduate of Bluffton College and earned my master’s degree in education from Ball State University. Giving back to the Wooster, OH community is an honor, and I take pride in supporting our neighbors and local first responders. I serve on the New Pittsburgh Fire Department board, the Wooster Hospital board, and chair the hospital finance committee. Outside of the office, you’ll often find me tailgating at college football games, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with my wonderful family. With seven children and thirteen grandchildren, family gatherings are always lively and full of love.
